One Point of Contact for the Whole House
From the first walkthrough to the final coat of paint, one team manages every trade in your home so you don’t have to become a full-time project manager.
What You Can Expect
- A full walkthrough of your home before we plan anything
- A phased schedule so you're not living without a kitchen and a bathroom at the same time
- One project manager coordinating every trade, not five different callbacks
- Regular photo updates so you always know where things stand
- A 1-year workmanship warranty, in writing
- A final walkthrough of the entire home before we call it finished
Whole-home remodeling is a lot to take on. We built our process so you only have to make decisions, not manage a construction site.
Why Choose Us
One Team Makes the Difference
Three things that make a whole-home remodel easier, not harder.
In-House Crews
Every trade, from framing to finish work, comes from our own crew. That means one team accountable for the whole house, not a rotating cast of specialists.
Daily Photo Updates
A whole-home remodel touches a lot of rooms at once. Ask for photo updates and you’ll know what’s happening in every one of them.
1-Year Written Warranty
Every room we touch is covered under the same 1-year workmanship warranty, in writing. One warranty for the whole project, not one per room.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
One Scope, Every Room
A single quote covering every room and every trade, not a stack of separate estimates to compare.

- A full walkthrough of every finished room

You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers
Before You Remodel the Whole House
Have Questions? We’re Happy to Help.
How much does a whole-home remodel cost?
There’s no single number for this one. A whole-home remodel can mean cosmetic updates across every room or a full gut down to the studs, and the cost swings a lot between the two. We’ll walk your entire house with you and put together a real, itemized quote within 24 hours.
How long does a whole-home remodel take?
Most whole-home projects run somewhere between three and six months, depending on the scope, the size of the house, and how much structural work is involved. We’ll lay out a realistic timeline for your specific project before you sign anything.
Can I live in my home during a whole-home remodel?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. If we’re only updating a couple of rooms at a time, most families stay put. If the project involves major structural work or touches every livable space at once, we’ll talk through temporary arrangements with you well before demo day.
Do you remodel the entire house at once, or can it be done in phases?
Both, depending on what works for your household and your budget. A lot of homeowners prefer a phased approach so they’re never without a functioning kitchen and bathroom on the same day. We’ll build a schedule around what makes sense for you.
Do I need permits for a whole-home remodel?
Almost always, especially for anything structural, electrical, or plumbing related. We handle the permitting and inspections across the whole project, so you’re not tracking down separate permits for every room.
Do you handle structural changes, like removing load-bearing walls?
Yes. We work with engineers when needed to make sure any structural change is done safely and up to code, not just knocked out because it looks simple.
Will one design style carry through every room?
That’s up to you. Some homeowners want a consistent look throughout the house, others want each room to have its own character. We’ll help you plan a look that feels intentional either way, not like each room was remodeled by a different company.
What happens if you find something unexpected once the walls are open?
In an older home, it happens more than you’d expect: outdated wiring, water damage, or framing that doesn’t meet current code. If we find something like that, we stop, show you what we found, and walk you through the fix before moving forward.
How do you coordinate so many different trades on one project?
That’s the point of using one company instead of five. Our project manager schedules and oversees every trade on your job, so plumbing, electrical, framing, and finish work all move in the right order without you having to referee it.
What's included in my estimate for a whole-home project?
A detailed, room-by-room breakdown of labor, materials, and scope, so you can see exactly what’s being done where. If a decision partway through changes the cost, we’ll flag it before it shows up on an invoice.
Can I add a home addition as part of a whole-home remodel?
Yes. Additions are common in whole-home projects, whether that’s extra square footage, a new bedroom, or expanding a cramped kitchen into unused space. We’ll fold that into the same design and construction process as the rest of the house.
Do you offer financing?
Give us a call to talk through your options. We can point you toward financing paths other homeowners have used for larger whole-home projects.
