Our Story

A local crew that actually shows up.

Renotec started with a simple idea: remodeling shouldn’t feel like a gamble. Too many of our neighbors had been burned by missed deadlines, vague estimates and crews that disappeared halfway through the job.

So we built a company around the opposite. The people who walk your home and write your estimate are the same people who build your project. You get a real number, a real timeline and a team that answers the phone.

Today our crew brings more than 50 years of combined experience in carpentry, structural work, cabinetry, tile and flooring, and we’ve transformed over 200 homes across the Tri-Cities and Southwest Virginia.
